Who We Are
At Green Light Safety Consulting, we work with our clients to cultivate a safety mindset from the top down. It is our goal to help businesses create and implement, or improve, their safety program. We also offer additional services that support and maintain effective health and safety programs.
Scott began his safety career by first becoming a laborer and learning the skills of high rise and civil construction. He has spent the last 10+ years as a Safety Manager in Ontario, Canada. Scott built safety programs, conducted field inspections and provided health and safety training for multiple companies. A safety mindset isn’t a new concept to Scott, it’s his vision and mission to educate business owners, managers and employees to recognize the importance of a safe work environment, as well as what to do if an accident does occur. Scott is a member of the National Association of Safety Professionals, in addition to holding multiple safety training certifications.
As the Managing Director, Andrea will use her financial and managerial skills to ensure a quality experience for clients when working with GLSC. Andrea has 15+ years of experience as a bookkeeper and administrative assistant. She also has excellent customer service and communication skills. Andrea has lived in Murfreesboro, TN for 17 years and has been an active member of the community through several volunteer programs.
Scott and Andrea established Green Light Safety Consulting, LLC in 2022 by realizing the need for a quality, safety-focused product that benefits business owners as well as their employees. When safety becomes a mindset and leadership makes safety a priority, the chances of a successful safety program become increasingly higher; accidents cannot be completely avoided but they can be minimized. Safety awareness creates a ready approach if/when an accident occurs or a company is audited by OSHA.
